Our Ponies & Their Friends

When our ponies are not working giving rides to children (in the off hours), the ponies run free in the pasture with our other horses, OH! And we can't forget the miniature donkey. Our german shepard's play toy or is that the other way around!

The ponies and the donkey are our business but they are also part of the family. They have our love and devotion at all times, they are handled and fussed over every day. All of our ponies display a very quite and calm demeanor, while having an affectionate and playful personality.

Buddy

Buddy
Sorrel and White Paint Pony
Gelding
DOB: Spring of 1995

Buddy has a beautiful full mane and tail, something that every filly wished she had. He loves to try and steal a mouthful of grass wherever he goes. Buddy loves it when he can have an apple or carrot after working a birthday party.

Charm

Charm
Bay and White Paint Pony
Gelding
DOB: Spring of 2002

Charm has a very contagious personality, he thinks he's the class clown. Charm loves to lick your hand, so you can grab his tongue. Always looking for peppermints in your pocket. He thinks he's part donkey at times and loves to act stubborn by standing still and refuses to move, his stall mate is Jenny the miniature donkey.

Jenny

Jenny
Gray Miniature Donkey
Filly
DOB: July of 2006

We found Jenny at Crowley’s Horse Auction one night, she was only 4 months, it was love at first sight. Princess of the barn, always demands your undivided attention. Loves to go for walks in the park or ride in the truck. She will steal the ponies halter and leads from you unless you plan on taking her too.

Evo

Evo
German Shepherd
Male
DOB: December of 2003

We adopted Evo when he was 2 1/2 years old, he was crated most of his life and developed several medical problems because of this, and to this day we have never crated him. He has the freedom of the farm and loves to run in the pasture with his playmate (Jenny). He has turned out to be a wonderful part of this family and a constant shadow by my side.

Rest in Peace my friend- Unfortunately because of the severity of his medical complications Evo was put to rest in May of 09. He will be greatly missed by all!

Tinker
Solid black (DSH) Domestic Short Hair
Female/Spayed
DOB: Spring of 2000

Always loves to hang out in the barn on those hot days. She was suppose to be the barn cat, but has decided to to take up residence in the house however if there is a mouse or mole anywhere on the farm she will find it and proceed to hide in someone's shoe to let them know she is still at work.

Boots
Black and white (DLH) Domestic Long Hair
Male/Neutered
DOB: November of 2007

Boots was given to us threw my mother and  he still believes he is a 2 month old kitten. He loves to cuddle with you or chase you around the house. He is double pawed on all 4 feet and one foot even has 7 toes, in other words he has enough toes to make another cat.
